2,500 pieces of burned paper on board, 4*4feet (120*120cm).

The obsession of buring in this work is not limited to the action, but also to its visual potential and the poetic meaning such an action implies. The meaning of burning in many Asian cultures is not only a ritual activity but also a way of communicating with the death and sending the spirit back into Nature.
